face your fears

This past month, I went to the dentist for the first time since the pandemic. Yes, I know that’s been a super long time. But, I hope others who hear my story might see that they aren’t alone and can get the courage to go to the dentist too. 

We’ve heard the phrase “face your fears," so, last week, I decided to challenge myself and face my three biggest fears in only three days.
