It’s 5 pm on a Sunday night. The Sunday “scaries” are kicking in. A new week is about to begin. Up until this point, I was cruising on a chill wave to Monday – until I decided that I desired a spontaneous adventure. 

A network famous for its iconic comedies, NBC hasn’t quite made its comeback after ending its trifecta of “The Office,” “30 Rock,” and “Parks and Recreation.”

Even though returning home from school can be relaxing and joyful, there are many dark sides, from running into old high school friends to listening to parents lecture you about your life choices. Here are just some of the thoughts we have during the Thanksgiving break, as told through GIFs.

Every semester in The Daily Californian’s arts & entertainment department, we welcome a new batch of beat reporters.
