Campus professor, neuroscience pioneer Marian Diamond dies at 90

Neurologist and campus professor emerita Marian Diamond — who examined portions of Albert Einstein’s brain and discovered the brain’s ability to develop well into adulthood — died July 25. She was 90.

UC Berkeley scientists find young blood doesn’t reverse aging of old mice

UC Berkeley scientists and a research foundation recently collaborated to further examine the relationship between blood and the aging process as part of a study published Nov. 22 in the scientific journal Nature Communications.
