Why I've started writing three things I'm grateful for every day
We’ve all done it — as soon as you turn your alarm off, you don’t put your phone down. Instead, you stay in bed scrolling through TikTok, Instagram or Snapchat. However, I find that when I reach for a journal, and not my phone, first thing in the morning, I feel much calmer and more prepared to get my day off to a good start.
