Drop-In Center manager detained by Berkeley police due to false report

Jorge Colon, the program manager of the Berkeley Drop-In Center was allegedly detained by two Berkeley police officers and a sergeant with guns drawn.
As a result of a false report, Berkeley Drop-In Center director Jorge Colon was detained at gunpoint by Berkeley police in early February.
