PeopleForBikes finds Berkeley best midsized city for bikes in US

PeopleForBikes announced that Berkeley is the top midsized city in the United States to bike in and the fifth-best city in California to bike in overall.
PeopleForBikes, a cycling advocacy group, announced Tuesday that Berkeley earned the top spot for best midsized city to bike in in the United States, per its 2021 city ratings.
