UC Berkeley lab instructors adjust to remote instruction

According to Sarah Minkow, a campus nutritional sciences and toxicology lecturer, the transition from teaching lab-based classes to virtual platforms has posed challenges and has required creative approaches. Minkow added that the communal component of her class has been impacted by the format of remote instruction.
