Richmond Vice Mayor Jovanka Beckles won the endorsement of Berkeley Progressive Alliance, Berkeley Citizens Action and Berkeley Tenants Union for the California State Assembly District 15 seat after a forum of the seat’s candidates Sunday afternoon.
