We at the Clog hope these movie recommendations leave your November feeling a little better. Because with midterms, the time change and Thanksgiving stress, we all deserve to feel warm, fuzzy and an extra bit gooey inside.

Despite my grievances, I do want to embrace the mainstream as a more accessible base to connect with the people around me, to recognize that moments of shared emotion are just as valuable a part in experiencing art.

For this week, I’ve crafted a schedule that celebrates the diversity of affection, taking inspiration from the ancient Greeks’ seven forms of love.

My time at UC Berkeley has slowly chipped away at this vision, of the lover with the boombox who holds the answers to my life's questions. Yet for me, the vision has been replaced with something more glorious, something I never would have dreamed of.

Beyond what’s in the theater, there is a plethora of romantic movies both new and old begging to be watched during this corporate holiday of sorts.
