CA Gov. Gavin Newsom announces regional stay-at-home order, Bay Area health officials respond

California Gov. Gavin Newsom has announced a regional stay-at-home order following an uptick of COVID-19 cases in the state. The order for Alameda COunty will begin Monday and will remain in place through Jan. 4, 2021.
