CA clears Alameda County to move into red tier of reopening system

The Alameda and Solano counties have been approved to move out of the purple tier, the most restrictive tier of California's Blueprint for a Safer Economy, to the red tier, the state's second-most restrictive tier. According to a statement from Berkeley Mayor Jesse Arreguín, Alameda County moving into the red tier should allow the city of Berkeley's public schools to gradually reopen. Poke store #Poki opens at former Mokka location

The new restaurant seeks to create traditional, simplified poke boxes — which are raw fish dishes — that customers can customize with a variety of additional ingredients, according to #Poki owner Diana Lee. The restaurant comes after Lee’s husband, Jerry Su, worked as a sushi chef for about 15 years.
