UC to provide financial aid for undocumented students excluded from federal stimulus bill

The UC and CSU systems will give emergency funds to undocumented students, who were excluded from the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act, which allowed qualifying citizens to receive national stimulus checks.
