Two incidents of sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14 were reported to Berkeley Police Department on Dec. 29, according to a Nixle alert released Thursday.

A sexual battery suspect who allegedly harassed a 19-year old female in May was arrested by Berkeley Police Department Special Victim’s Unit detectives, according to a BPD Nixle alert issued at about 6:23 p.m. Thursday.

Berkeley Police Department’s Special Victims Unit is investigating a sexual assault that occurred early Saturday morning on the 2500 block of Etna Street.
