UC Berkeley junior and current ASUC Senator Ronit Sholkoff is running for ASUC president with the goal of creating a smooth transition back to campus and improving student access to resources.

Candidates in this year’s upcoming ASUC elections spoke to The Daily Californian regarding their thoughts on accessibility, equity and diversity in the campaigning process.

Student Action allegedly committed multiple campaign violations in the 2018 and 2019 ASUC election cycles, which included allegedly failing to report expenditures such as T-shirts and stickers and spamming on Facebook. Party leadership denied the allegations, however.
