Andrew Greenwood steps down as Berkeley police chief

Berkeley Police Department Chief Andrew Greenwood will be stepping down from his position effective March 12. Jen Louis, BPD captain, will serve as interim chief until a permanent replacement is found.
After 35 years of service in Berkeley Police Department, Andrew Greenwood announced his retirement as police chief Thursday.
