Berkeley police arrest man on suspicion of vandalism, hate crime

Berkeley Police Department officers arrested a man near the 7-Eleven store at 2000 San Pablo Ave. on suspicion of vandalism, resisting arrest and committing a hate crime. The man allegedly made comments "that are disparaging of persons of foreign descent.”
