University Library withdraws South/Southeast Asia Library proposal

A proposal by the University Library planned to reallocate collections and services from the South/Southeast Asia Library. However, in light of concerns raised by members of the UC Berkeley community, the proposal was withdrawn Monday.

After UC Berkeley community members expressed concerns over a proposal for changes to the South/Southeast Asia Library, the University Library announced its decision to withdraw the proposal Monday.
