Though fall is finally approaching with cooler weather and foggy skies, Arizona and Arizona State will bring the heat back to the Bay this weekend. After a win at Washington, Cal women’s soccer will return to Edwards Stadium for two matchups Thursday and Sunday.

With conference play on the horizon, Cal ties Utah Valley and defeats San Diego.

Cal fell to both UNC and Tennessee this past week — kicking the season off with a 0-2 overall record. The Bears managed to score one goal in each of the two games, losing to Tennessee 1-4 and 1-3 to UNC.

Hailing from as far as Potsdam, Germany, and as close to home as Martinez, California, here is the newest group of eager Golden Bears.
