For the second year in a row, Cal men’s rowing became the Pac-12 champion while women’s rowing placed third overall.

The move was announced by Cal Athletic Director Jim Knolwton on Thursday, just one day after the Bears crashed out of the Pac-12 tournament in a 69-52 loss to Washington State.

Coming off of a two-week break for the Bears, Cal is set to face UC San Diego at the Canyonview Aquatic Center on Friday, November 4.

The Bears are set to swim Utah on Wednesday and Washington State on Saturday, the Bears will be looking to hold their territory against these rivals.
