UC Berkeley raises more than $1B in ‘Light the Way’ campaign

Launched Feb. 29, UC Berkeley's 'Light the Way' fundraising campaign has a goal of raising $6 billion by the end of 2023 and aims to create a more inviting campus community.
UC Berkeley raised a record-breaking $1.039 billion this fiscal year, with donations from more than 61,000 donors.
